Need a simple solution for a serial port?

I have so far 4 laptops that our service dept. was in need of a serial port for the software and connects needed. This was by far the best, easiest and trouble free solution for that need. The added feature is you can point to what port you need this to be and also what speed per your program needs. Would I buy another? In a heart beat. I would give it 6 stars if available.
