If your a commercial door hanger this is one of the best products I have ever used. It will file a strike in least than a minute. I did 28 door strike in less than an hour. Great product

Invaluable for the advanced hobbyist, or professional wood carver/worker. Well balanced tool with quick and easy controls and variable speeds for power selection. Very rugged -- I use it as a professional artist and have purchased an second one to share with an assistant. Pricey, but worth every dime.
