Product Description

Advanced Pain Relief for the Arch, Heel, Knee, Leg and Back.  Shock Absorbing Comfrel® Material.

Clinically Proven U-shape design to relieve movement-related pain and fatigue.

Clinically Proven Pain Relief.
Dr. Scholl's® DynaStep® Inserts are clinically proven to relieve movement-related pain and fatigue in your lower body:

  • Back Pain
  • Foot Pain
  • Knee Pain
  • Heel Pain
  • Leg Pain
  • Arch Pain

If you experience one or more of these lower body pains, they may stem from the same source - inadequate foot support. Without proper support your foot can roll inward and flatten more than it should.   This puts added strain on your arch, heel, knee, leg and back and can pull your lower body painfully out of alignmet.  DynaStep Inserts have a contoured U-shaped design that gently cradles each foot to provide the support you need.

DynaStep Inserts are clinically proven to relieve movement-related pain and fatigue in your lower body.

5Back saver!
By asimp
I have degenerative disc disease in my back with really bad sciatic pain, and these are the second pair of these inserts that I have purchase b/c they are so great. It has relieved my pain tremendously and has allowed me to resume walking for exercise without excruciating pain! I know everyone is different, but they worked for me!

By A Customer
The Dr. Scholl's insoles are definitely a success. I've used other Dr. Scholl's products, such as padded inserts. Though the inserts relieved some pressure point discomfort, the product failed at making any significant difference in back pain relief or arch support comfort. The new insoles were a little uncomfortable at first, but following the directions of using the insoles for two hours a day allowed for a breaking-in period. The insoles have conformed to my shoes and I have adapted to the change in my stance and walk. I have combined the insoles with a half shoe insert to cushion the balls of my feet. While I don't wear high heels, I do wear dress flats and have been happy with the support and comfort. The only downside is during the breaking-in stage, the insoles weren't anchored, and they slid forward when I put on my shoes. But once the insoles were anchored, that problem vanished. I've found a new product that I'll definitely purchase in the future.

5Doctor was right about Dynasteps
By Eileen L. Cortez
After limping around in pain for weeks with Plantar Fasciitis, my doctor recommended Dr. Scholl's Dynasteps. He said that within two weeks my problem would be solved. He was right. I am now back to running again with no pain. Don't be tricked into buying expensive orthotics. This product works!
