This product was delivered next day! (with the normal shipping option too!) Well packaged in original OkiData packaging: wrapped, protective sheet, taped in sponge, cleaning cloth, etc. It is working perfectly. Normal replacements we order are over $200 so this is an extraordinary price! I can't speak for lasting 20,000 pages but I will update if it is significantly less. Very happy with this purchase.
