I am a medical transcriptionist, and I get paid by the line. I have gone through 3 Microsoft Natural Keyboards in less than 3 years. On the advide of my techie son I ordered the Belkin keyboard. I have been using it for three weeks, and so far have not been disappointed. I am very picky about key feel and accuracy.So far, this keyboard has exceeded my expectations. It is comfortable to type on, and feels like good quality.I will be back in a few months and let you know how it is holding up. I type 45-50 hours per week.

I have had several of these and would definitely suggest this to anyone with arm and wrist pains due to extensive and repetitive typing. The shape of the keyboard helps alleviate the pains. It is larger than your typical keyboard, so make some space on your desk. Also, this has a PS2 connection, so you will need a PS2 to USB cable if you are going to use it with new machines that only have USB ports (like Dells).

I especially like how they didn't compress the arrow keys between the number pad and the rest of the keyboard. My only complaint is the power button... it's too easy to hit and I often ended up inadvertantly turning off my computer by hitting it. I simply took the key apart and it works fine.
