Bought one of these after tired of lugging a laptop to use ping,DNS problems.Works Great !Checks Cables Distance and Built in Toner to Find cables. But would need a receiver to pick up tone sound.You can use DHCP mode on unit and work on any network or use static IP settings.10/100 connections.Very Fast networking checks.Built in Light for dark spots.Kind of Pricey, but work the cost.
