Great Portrait lens

I bought this lens after using another from a friend. This is one of my favorite lenses! I love how the background blurs and keeps the foreground crisp. Altogether a great lens, priced affordable. This is a great lens for any type of photographer; hobby, wedding, portrait, student!

85mm 1.8 is a No Brainer

This lens is as sharp and produces vivid colors on par with the much more expensive L-Series lenses. For the money, it's a no brainer. I bought it for portraits, yet I find myself using it for just about everything other than sports due to the limited focal length. Now if you have a few grand in the budget, than the 85mm 1.2 is the best option but the 85mm 1.8 is worth every penny.

I LOVE it!

This lens takes AWESOME pictures! It is absolutely perfect for close ups and head-shots! I use mine with a Canon 60D and it is truly a professional lens.

Lego Greats

My 8 year old Grandson and I have put together all the Harry Potter Lego Sets.I've gained precious time with my grandson and lost a dining room table of legos that will be set up forever. We' have all the books and all the movies. These really stretched the gap between two generations.

Best compact hands down.

This bad boy will do the work of a much larger compressor. It will easily run several guns on a framing crew or even a roofing crew. The HP rating is a little misleading compared to other compressors. 2 HP isn't max , it's continuous. I have one of these (Emglo 2HP) that's been abused and used hard for several years now with no problems ,only good dependable air. I highly recommend it. If I could change one thing I would make it quieter.

Great Portable

Recovery time was very good when using a framing nailer. Using a blowgun for cleaning was ok. Acceptable noise level. Used on a 100' extention cord off a 15 amp circuit, with no problems. I'm very pleased with it. Looking forward to many years of use in my shop.

Just plain pleased

I use this with my Paslode; 16 Gauge and Framing nailers, I hang then trim doors, sometimes rebuild sills and headers. I also do various trim/frame carpentry on other projects.

If you are worried about changing the oil its only once a year!If you are worried about operating on a slope, i have always found a flat spot to locate it in, even roofers leave theirs on the ground, just put on more hose. Who wants to carry this up a ladder anyway?!

I would never buy an air compressor without a user serviceable airfilter!I would never buy one of those oil less types
