This Large Rope Hammock is crafted of 100% cotton. Three-ply twisted rope reinforces bed strength while cotton rope fibers breathe for cool, comfortable lounging. One thousand feet of rope used in hammock construction for durable woven bed. Double-latch construction and 14 loops in body add more rope for greater comfort and strength. Hand-tied bowline knot tightens with use. Hammock clew is macramé for artistic design while rope hammock ends tassel for rustic effect. The Large Cotton Rope Hammock supports 450 lbs. Spreader bars are constructed of solid oak for premium durability and strength. Spreader bars are triple dipped in marine spar varnish to length life. Comfortable and Roomy Hammock

This is a very comfortable hammock and I find myself falling asleep in it quite easily! I'm 6'1" and find it quite roomy, even if I add a second person. This is one of the few hammocks where someone of my height can comfortably fit without having their head hit the wooden support bar. I'm using the hardware that came with it to mount it on my frame and I've found there's plenty of leeway and adjustments that come with this hammock's chains. I'm not sure why people are slamming this hammock for not coming with a stand, as hammock and stand are ALWAYS sold separately and nowhere does the description state that it comes with a stand. This is a fine, comfortable hammock and I recommend it strongly.

Rope Hammock

We purchased hammock in March after 4 months the rope on the ends and which connects to the steel frame, shredded, unwound, whatever, we have to return the item and that is not easy since it is a defect and there is no form for returning after such a late date.Looks great.

Not Happy with Hammock

We received this hammock for our wedding in 2000 and in the summer of 2002 a couple of the ropes broke, so we can no longer use it. I would think for $90.00 we would have gotten at least 5 summers out of it. We put it away for the winter and it still didn't last very long.

Love these dolls!

A hit with the kids but just OK with mom...

We purchased this today. We have been playing with it for 4 hours straight and he's not done yet. My son loves it. The size is perfect and the stool is so sturdy. I am impressed with how sturdy this set is. They suggest Crayola Dry-erase markers but since toys r us doesn't carry ANY dry erase markers(which is annoying) I was forced to buy some other brand eleswhere and they worked out fine. I am a little disappointed with the magnets. Some letters and numbers don't stick at all. We purchased this with the task in mind of learning our alphabet, numbers and ultimately how to write them. I am going to contact Crayola...if they don't help me it might go back considering the price.

Perfect for your creative toddler

I just bought this for my 2 year old daughter. She's been into her coloring books and crayons for quite a few months. Since she started taking a toddler art class, she's now interested in painting. I wanted to get her something similar to the easels in her classroom. This Crayola Art Studio is perfect! You can place the watercolor set on the desk and not have to worry about the cup of water spilling. She also loves playing with the letters and numbers on the magnetic board. I haven't gotten any dry erase markers, but the eraser is great for removing any stray crayon marks. The desk compartment is spacious enough for other art supplies. (Note: You have to provide your own crayons, paints, markers, etc. It only comes with magnets, an eraser and 4 pieces of paper.) It was more than I wanted to spend for an art easel, but after realizing that it will last for long, long time, it's definitely worth it!

Great for budding artist

I just got this for my daughter for her fifth birthday and she loves it. She loved that it came with a little seat for her! It's great that it can be upright as an easel and then laid flat to be a desk! My 3 yr old son also love to sit at it and play with the magnetic letters and numbers and color.
